Personal data

This site has no analytics and no ads, and never asks you for an account. It sets no cookies for visitors: the only cookie is used for the author to log into the admin. The light or dark theme you pick is kept in your browser and sent nowhere.

Like any web server, this one logs the IP address, date, requested page and browser of each visit. These logs are used only for security and to keep the site running, and are deleted after a limited time.

When a post contains a YouTube video, its thumbnail is loaded from Google’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address. The player itself only loads if you click it (through youtube-nocookie.com); Google’s privacy policy then applies.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to nicolas.dinquel+blog@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Unless stated otherwise, the texts and photos on this site are by Nicolas Dinquel. Game boxes, posters, book covers and screenshots of games, films and books belong to their rights holders; they illustrate reviews, under the right of quotation (article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code).
